Highbridge Caravans Online Shop delivery details during the Coronavirus Crisis

Starting from Friday 1st May we will be re-opening our Online Accessories Shop with a reduced delivery service.

We are aware that our courier partners Royal Mail and UPS are both experiencing delays due to significantly increased volume on their networks.

We will continue to process & dispatch your orders with reduced staff numbers and social distancing measures but please be aware that delivery times could be between 7-10 days.

 How long will Does it take to prepare my order?

 Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

 Most Click & Collect items will be ready within 3 hours.

 In some cases, it can take up to 2 working days.

 You'll receive an email once your order is ready for you to collect in store.

 We will contact collection customers to arrange a collection slot.

If you are purchasing a unit from us and want to collect your items at the same time, please put your sales order number in the delivery instructions.

Please note that where a product indicates that it may be delivered directly from our supplier, our normal delivery times will not apply. We will endeavor to contact you once we have a confirmed delivery date. Wherever possible we will try to deliver within our normal delivery schedule however in these cases please allow up to 28 days from the date of order.

UK Delivery

      • Orders are processed Monday to Friday within normal working hours. We aim to process your order within 24hrs (not including weekends and bank holidays).
      • Free delivery is offered on orders over £100. Additional postage surcharge still applies to UK outlying postcodes.
      • Orders received before 2pm will be despatched the same day. Orders received after this will be despatched the next working day.
      • When you place an order you will be notified of estimated dispatch and delivery dates for your order based on the availability of your items and the delivery method.
      • In busy periods, orders may take longer to dispatch. We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible, however, should there be some delay with your order we will notify you via email or telephone.
      • Orders are delivered during normal office hours and may require a signature.
      • Orders to remote areas are dealt with on an individual basis.
      • We reserve the right to charge more for delivery as appropriate in exceptional circumstances e.g. if the order is to be delivered to a remote area or for very large or valuable items. We will always contact you to discuss the options before making additional delivery charges.
      • If the item is returned due to a missed delivery/collection then we will rearrange delivery at your cost, unless you no longer require the item. The original cost of delivery will be non-refundable.

 International Delivery

      • We currently do not offer delivery outside of the UK.

 Recycled Packaging

      • At Highbridge Caravan Centre Ltd we care for the environment and as such see it as our responsibility to look after it. This means that where possible we recycle as much packaging as we can when preparing your order for delivery. This will not, however, compromise the protection of your items.
