30th April update for our online accessories shop customers

Dear Highbridge Caravan Centre Customer,

In March, following government guidelines to help protect our staff and the public from the unfolding Coronavirus crisis we closed our branches in Somerset & Devon including our Online Accessories Store.

Following much thought, we have decided to re-open our online business, starting on Friday 1st May 2020 and we would very much appreciate your support, we ask that you understand that delivery times will be longer than usual.

We will continue to process & dispatch your orders with reduced staff numbers and social distancing measures but please be aware that delivery times could be between 7-10 days.

We are able to answer any questions or queries you may have on our products via email but response times may be slower than normal. There is a limited phone service during the continued crisis so we would recommend contacting us via eshop@highbridgecaravans.co.uk

The Coronavirus Pandemic is a rapidly developing situation, we will be guided by Government advice and open our Somerset & Devon branches and shops as soon as possible - we will keep updating our main website with information as we have it - http://www.highbridgecaravans.co.uk/

We are unable to accept any in-store returns at this time. You may wish to consider if the item you need to return from an online order or warranty issue needs to be sent right now?

Many of our suppliers are still closed and not accepting warranty returns for inspection/repair at this time. Our advice would be to hold on to the item and get in touch when things get back to normal, we will of course update this info page as and when this happens.

Please note for warranty returns, if you still return something, you will have an extended time to wait for a resolution. Should your purchase fall outside our normal returns policy time-scale as a result of the Covid-19 closure we may still accept a return.

Our online business will open on Friday 1st May, we are still offering free delivery for orders over £100 but deliveries are taking longer at this time, in particular our standard Royal Mail service. Please see the links above info from Royal Mail & UPS our chosen courier partners.

If you are concerned about receiving a package from us please visit Public Health England for the latest advice on the transmission of the virus on letters and packages.
This complements guidance from Public Health England for people to wash their hands regularly using soap and hot water.

If you are Self-isolating and wish to receive a package our courier partners UPS and Royal Mail have robust arrangements in place to protect their staff and customers such as a non-signature receipt, nominated safe places for delivery and delivery to a neighbour.
