*CORONAVIRUS UPDATE*

We are unable to accept any in-store returns at this time. You may wish to consider if the item you need to return from an online order or warranty issue needs to be sent right now?

Many of our suppliers are still closed and not accepting warranty returns for inspection/repair at this time. Our advice would be to hold on to the item and get in touch when things get back to normal, we will of course update this info page as and when this happens.

Please note for warranty returns, if you still return something, you will have an extended time to wait for a resolution. Should your purchase fall outside our normal returns policy time-scale as a result of the Covid-19 closure we may still accept a return.

At Highbridge Caravan Centre Ltd we make every effort to ensure that your order is correct, but we understand that from time to time you may need to return some items.  To help with your return, please follow our step by step guide:

Fill in our Online Returns Form to notify us of your intent to return.

3. 

A member of our team will then contact you to discuss how to proceed.

4. 

If you are to return an item to us, please complete and enclose our Internet Returns Form with your item(s).

5. 

Your return is dealt with on an individual basis, as such the time it takes to process will depend upon the circumstances of your return.  The member of staff dealing with your return will be able to advise you on how long this may take.
