Store collection is currently only available at our Somerset site.

Collections are available Monday to Friday between 11.00-15.00

We will send an email when your item is ready for collection this is separate from the order confirmation email. If you do not receive the email within 1 working day then please contact eshop@highbridgecaravans.co.uk

If you try and collect your item before this email then your item will not be available.

 

How long will it take to prepare my order?

Most Click & Collect items will be ready within 3 hours.

In some cases, it can take up to 2 working days.

You'll receive an email once your order is ready for you to collect in-store.

How long do I have to collect my item from the store?

You'll have 10 days to collect your item from receiving your email to say this has arrived in the store.

You'll be sent an email when you have 7 days left to collect your item and then a further email when you have 48 hours left to collect your item.

Can I cancel my Click & Collect order once I've placed it?

There is a very narrow timeframe in which we can cancel or amend any order.

Do I need to provide ID when I collect my item(s)?

You'll need to show either a valid Driving License, valid Passport, or Credit or Debit card, matching the name on your order, along with your order confirmation email.

This email can be on your phone/tablet. You must also be the person collecting your item and all ID must match the name given on your order.
