New to Highbridge Caravans? No worries, we have created these easy to follow steps to help you with your order.
1. Find the items you would like to buy
There are 3 ways in which you can find items
Search for your item
A search box is located at the top of every page of our online shop. Type into this the name, manufacturer or part number of a specific item and click the ‘go’ button to search for it.
Browse for your item
Browse through the product categories under the tabs labelled ‘Accessories’, ‘Camping’, ‘Awnings’ and ‘Marine’.
Search for a Brand
The Brands gives you a list of all the brands found on our online store allowing you to browse through all the products associated with them.
The refine box on the left-hand side of every product search page allows you to refine your search results based on values such as Price, Brand, Berth etc.
When you find an item that interests you, click the image, name, ‘info’ or ‘more info’ button to find out more details.
2. Add the items to your Shopping Basket
When you have found the item you wish to purchase, click either the orange ‘Buy’ button on the search page or the orange ‘Add to Basket’ button on the product information page. This will then add the item to your Shopping Basket. You can either proceed to checkout or continue shopping and add more items to your basket.
You can check the contents of your shopping basket at any time by clicking ‘Your Shopping’ link at the top of every page. In here, you can add multiple quantities of an item or remove items from your basket all together.
3. Proceed to checkout
When you're ready to place an order for the items in your Shopping Basket, click the ‘Checkout Securely’ button. You will be taken to the first page of the checkout.
4. Sign in
Indicate whether you are a new or existing customer.
For new customers please click on 'I'm a New Customer' and proceed to enter your address details.
If you are an existing customer please enter your email address and password and click the ‘login’ button.
5. Review your order
Here you can make changes to your order before proceeding to Secure Payment.
Please ensure all of the information provided is accurate, and make any necessary changes. All orders will be dispatched to the delivery address provided, if an alternative address is required please amend this by clicking the ‘change’ button under the Delivery Address. A delivery note can be placed in the box provided if further information is needed.
If you have a ‘Web Voucher Code’, enter it and click update. If the voucher code has been successful, your discount should appear in your Shopping Basket.
6. Check and submit your order
Once you are happy with your order, and confident with the information provided, click the ‘Continue to Secure Payment’ button.
You will then be taken to the Sage Pay Secure Payment Gateway. Here you will be asked for your Payment details. Please follow the on-screen instructions.
7. What happens next?
If you’re payment has been successfully received, you will then shortly receive a confirmation email from us containing your order details. Please retain this email for your records, as it contains an Order No. which you will need for any correspondence with us.
Your order will then be processed as soon as possible.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, containing details of your delivery.
