With the new Carri Chef Pro FFD QR range, additional safety features come as standard.

This versatile BBQ range is fitted with a Flame Failure Device (FFD), ensuring that the gas supply is automatically shut off should the flame be extinguished unexpectedly. Certified for safe cooking in both indoor and outdoor environments, this range is perfect for cooking in unpredictable weather.

Featuring a powerful double ring burner, you can cook low and slow on the inner simmer burner while the outer burner is perfect for searing and traditional barbecuing.

Offering endless outdoor foodie opportunities, from setup to storage it’s the ultimate gas barbecue. Robust and compact with a stylish ‘Black Edition’ burner base, allowing for outdoor cooking, anywhere, any time.

With automatic piezo ignition, this easy to use and assemble unit comes complete with an adjustable foot on one leg allowing you to obtain stability on uneven ground, ideal for campsites. The two-part legs, with easy screw-in fitting, offer dual height cooking of approx. 93cm and 70cm.

The dome lid, with stay-cool handle and improved digital thermometer, hooks onto the side of the BBQ to act as a windshield, and the utility shelf provides convenient tools and condiment storage.

The 39cm diameter BBQ Grid is ceramic GreenGrill coated, for quick heat up times, even heat distribution and easy cleaning. Perfect for all styles of BBQ cooking; ensuring those all-important sear marks on griddled veggies and steaks.

Modular system compatible, all Series 40 cooking surfaces can be used on the Carri Chef 40 Pro FFD QR – whip up a paella or pizza with ease.

The enamelled fat pan has flame ‘peep’ holes and lifts out for easy cleaning, and for when not in use the entire unit packs down compactly into a durable storage bag with secure straps for the two-part legs.

Your gas supply

The Carri Chef 40 Pro FFD BBQ QR will run off either Butane or Propane gas, which regulates between 28-30mBar (Butane) and 37mBar (Propane).

Not supplied with a regulator and hose with any of our barbecues. As they can be run from multiple gas sources there isn’t one single regulator which can be used for all the different gas sources. Therefore our regulator and hoses are sold separately, so that our customers can make sure they have one that is appropriate to their gas source.

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). Orders placed before 1 PM are dispatched the same day.
