New cylinders (those for which you have no suitable exchange) are subject to a deposit known as a Refill Agreement Charge.

We are unable to exchange cylinders from other manufacturers

Please note: If you do not currently have a Calor 5kg Patio cylinder, you can also hire one at our stores. The price charged for the cylinder is a part-refundable deposit; the cylinder can be returned with its paperwork for a partial refund (the % of the hire cost refunded is dependent on the hire period)

A temporary volatility surcharge currently applies to all LPG bottle purchases due to increased costs and ongoing global energy marketing volatility. The surcharge is applied in addition to the new bottle and refill prices and varies depending on bottle type.

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). Orders placed before 1 PM are dispatched the same day.

• UK Delivery: Free on orders over £100.
• Remote Areas: Surcharges may apply to outlying postcodes or bulky items; we will contact you directly if additional fees are required.
• Missed Deliveries: If an item is returned to us after a missed delivery, re-delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
